This is an open, drop-in group. The format of the group will be determined
by those in attendance, depending on what needs are alive for people in the moment. This could include giving and receiving empathy; exploring NVC worksheets, role-plays, or NVC coaching; or talking about NVC and NVC principles--but will be guided by decisions of those present.
