Shelly Marcus (formerly Jeanne Marcus) is a mediator, communications coach and trainer, who bases her work on the Nonviolent Communications [NVC] model of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. She is a graduate of the 2007 North America NVC Leadership Program, based in Oakland, California. She served as an assistant trainer for the 2008 Leadership Program, and is currently the Lead Assistant for the 2009 Program.
