Mainstream culture teaches us ways of relating to others and to ourselves that tend to create separation and fragmentation. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) offers a practical and profound model of how to relate to people and life differently, in a way that supports interconnectedness and integration. It can help us connect to our deep vitality, bring more love and joy into our relationships, and support the healing of emotional trauma and distress. NVC involves a rich set of ideas and skills, and ultimately offers a deep spiritual practice.
