Nonviolent Communication, the basis of this workshop for parents, offers an elegant set of tools and inspiring perspectives that support people in living their values, and in speaking and acting in ways that say "You matter!" to everyone involved. Participants will learn to distinguish surface strategies from deeper goals, how to inspire cooperation and giving, how to understand and support children in deeper ways while also taking better care of themselves.
