Living in Peace with Ourselves and Each Other:

Inner Work to Support Harmony and Connection

• Do you want to have more clarity, insight and perspective on dealing with challenging situations or difficult people in your life?
• Are you willing to do the inner work that will support connection and harmony with others?

Than this workshop is for you!

The core of the workshop will be three guided meditations arranged in a specific sequence to promote understanding and insight:
(1) Self-connection and cultivating compassion for yourself,
(2) Opening your heart to the other person
(3) Clarifying your intention for mutually satisfying outcomes.

These guided meditations are intended to help you transform your inner experience of any difficult situation or a relationship, which will lead you to act from a different place inside of you. When you make choices from a place of self connection and compassion toward yourself and others, your actions are more likely to serve you and those around you. These guided meditations will support the transformation of consciousness, which is the foundation for more inner peace and harmony in your relationships with others.

After each meditation you will have a chance to journal about your experience and to share with others. Any internal shifts you gain through these inner processes will support the outer changes in your relationships that you wish to manifest.

Here is what previous participants are saying about the workshop:

“These meditations were extremely helpful in moving me from a stuck place to clarity. I always underestimate my need for self-compassion, and how giving myself a big dose of it clears up relationship difficulties for me.” - Susan Fleischmann

“I enjoyed dedicating this time to mindfully analyze a particular situation; having the guidance in this process helped to keep me focused. This seems like an essential exercise for healthier and more wholesome life, like eating and drinking water.” -Masha Ageeva

“Wonderful combination of meditation and NVC. In a very brief meditation, I felt shifts and got insights that will guide me in a specific conversation I’ll be having this week. This was a profoundly helpful process.” – R. White.

No prior meditation experience is necessary! What we refer to as “meditations” will involve sitting quietly and comfortably and listening to instructions for about 10 minutes at a time. There is no right or wrong way to do it. You will have your own unique experience of these “inner journeys.”

All levels of NVC experience are welcome! The guided meditations are inspired by NVC; however, this workshop is not an introduction to NVC – i.e. there will be little discussion of NVC principles, but you are likely to experience some of them through the meditations.

“For there to be conflict there has to be two opposing forces. If you refuse to be an opposing force, there can be no conflict.” - Rev. J. V. Love.
