The Way of Connection: A Day-Long Workshop on NVC and Spirituality Led by Robert Gonzales

Cost: $100-$250
Prerequisites: We request that all attendees read Marshall Rosenberg's "Nonviolent Communication: A Language for Life" before this workshop begins. Additional prior NVC training is recommended but not required.
Certified NVC trainer and President of the international Center for Nonviolent Communication, Robert Gonzales will be offering a day-long workshop that will focus on the spiritual foundation of NVC.
"I have found that in order to fully integrate and live NVC, it requires a moment-to-moment awareness practice. I regard this as a spiritual practice in the midst of everyday life. It includes a mindfulness practice and inner transformational practices that, in a broad sense, can be described as movement from our primary center of gravity and identification with life-alienating consciousness to authentic, life-serving consciousness."
