Louisa L. Davis, Ph.D., is a parent of two grown children, partner in marriage, professor of comparative religious ethics, and a former United Church of Christ campus and parish minister. She founded the Greater Washington Allies in Reconciliation (www.gwair.org), a regional interfaith antiracism alliance, four years ago and is pursuing certification in NVC, completing the North America NVC Leadership Program and the Facilitating Change year-long trainings. She is also writing and developing coaching and training programs in support of The Sustainable Activist, bringing NVC to social and racial justice and peace efforts.
