Introduction to Nonviolent Communication

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is more than a way of talking to one another -- it is a way of being in the world that supports us in experiencing satisfying relationships, inner peace, compassion, authenticity and aliveness. NVC offers recipes for communicating but these rely on a foundation involving a shift in consciousness. Please join CNVC Certified Trainer Bob Wentworth for an experiential introduction to this exciting body of ideas and practices.
